HOW RESERVATIONS WORK
1. SUBMIT YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST
Tell us your preferred dates, estimated attendance, lodging needs, meeting-space needs, food service, recreation, and any special requests.
2. WE REVIEW AVAILABILITY
Camp Wagner staff will review your request and contact you regarding availability and pricing. Because reservations are first-come, first-served, we recommend providing an alternate date when possible.
3. SUBMIT YOUR DEPOSIT
Your dates are not held until the required deposit has been received.
4. SIGN YOUR AGREEMENT
Once your deposit is received, we will send your reservation agreement. Your event is officially confirmed after the signed agreement is returned.
